The Universe is the Limit

Most people have self-limiting beliefs.  These beliefs can develop as a result of feedback that we received from others or from assumptions that we have made about ourselves.  

If we continue to see ourselves as limited, we may be less likely to achieve our goals or create the life of our dreams.  

In the episode, you will hear about some examples of limiting beliefs that are based in anxiety or depression.  

I share several personal examples of how I developed self-limiting beliefs and the steps that I took to overcome them.

I review examples of thinking traps that keep us stuck in delusions about ourselves.  I also discuss the concept of "acting the way you want to feel" to break free from the limits of your beliefs.
